Singapore Airlines Interactive Training Toolkit
As one of the world’s recognized airlines and flag carrier of Singapore, this project was an effort as part of SIA’s digital transformation and staff learning development. With plans on digitalizing the training procedures for members of staff, this new interactive platform allowed their staff to have stronger decision making as part of their day to day training operations. The interactive platform shows clearly how the role of a front desk staff should respond to the day to day scenarios.
As a self-help and digital tool that is not limited to only ground staff, this can be scaled across different departments including pilots and staff for every level. Working closely with the SIA team, the interactive platform puts across the actual lines and real live responses that should be conveyed across.
